International: Tropical sunsets are a beautiful sight to photograph. The South China Morning Post has listed seven Asian beaches that face west and offer plenty of nightlife.
Among the seven Asian beaches, the Hong Kong-based South China Morning Post (SCMP) also included Cambodia’s Koh Rong and Koh Rong Samloem as ideal locations for sunset photography.
Koh Rong gained international fame in 2015 when the island was featured on the hit TV show “Survivor,” highlighting its beautiful beaches, jungle, and sunsets.
Koh Rong Samloem is less well-known. However, the island’s scenery is as breathtaking as the Gulf of Thailand, according to the South China Morning Post.
Sunset Beach on Koh Rong Samloem is a great spot to capture the red sky at sunset. Tourists can stay at the comfortable guesthouse Paradise Sunset Beach.
Koh Rong Samloem’s “Lazy Beach” is a gem in the rough. The beach is quiet, perfect for filming shows.
The other six Asian beaches featured in the SCMP article include Sri Lanka’s Narigama Beach, Varkala Beach, of India, the beaches of Koh Lipe in Thailand, the beaches of the Maldives, Boracay in the Philippines and Seminyak Beach on Bali in Indonesia. Source: SCMP.
