The reverse implementation of the business theory "Customer is King" is causing Siam to lose an unimaginably large market

We have heard the famous business theory that everyone knows, even if they are not students or graduates of business, they have heard it before, that is, “The customer is king.” But this theory is being applied in reverse by Cambodia’s arrogant neighbors.

Siam, which is a major supplier of many markets to Cambodia, mistakenly believes that “I am the seller, I am the king” and has the right to threaten, oppress, and put all kinds of pressure on loyal and long-standing Cambodian customers.

Without denying it and admitting the truth, from the beginning, Cambodian people have valued very highly, and sometimes even a little excessively, all products produced by Siam. This is true. For example, even small things, if there is a Thai word for grilled fish or a barbecue restaurant, if it is called Mukat and added a Thai word, you will see people flocking in.

This is not to mention consumer products, canned food, clothes, and Thai movies are also popular among Cambodians. But unfortunately, the love and support from neighboring customers is not valued and promoted as a “king” like the economic theory “Customer is King”, but has returned to the misunderstanding and view that “No, I will die or want what is mine, I have to come and kneel down and beg for it.”

This reverse perception has made Siam proud, arrogant and arrogant. This mindset has been born in the people from ordinary citizens to the country’s leaders. So now, they have come to threaten to cut off electricity, cut off the internet, close the ports as they wish, and want to block the sale of oil, etc., hoping to receive a plea and a request for mercy from Cambodia.

On the contrary, the Cambodian leaders have given a harsh lesson, making Siam know the taste of “knowing how to ride your own horse.” Siam threatened, but Cambodia did it. And contrary to what they expected, the Siamese leaders came to plead for Cambodia, as we heard in the leaked message of the Siamese Prime Minister. There is no fear of being taken away from Cambodia. Which is completely different from what the extremists thought.

Cambodia and Siam are neighbors, they cannot live without each other until the earth melts. But this lesson will teach Cambodians not to overestimate anyone and learn to stand up and stand strong on their own. In particular, this lesson will teach Siam to stop being arrogant and understand their values. In the future, if they dare to think of methods to threaten Cambodia, they will remember the theory of “You Better Think Twice” 😉
